SHIPPING

Shipping is free for orders over $150 across Canada and the United States. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders under $150 are subject to a $10 flat rate shipping for Canada and a $15 flat rate shipping for the USA. 

All orders are shipped on business days from Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with sanitary liners intact, and shipped with the original tags. Your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be responsible to pay for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. 

A restocking fee of $10 per returned order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement. Please note the original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. 

IMPORTANT NOTE

We do not process direct exchanges; a new order will need to be placed for the desired item.
